  Terrible. Lazy staff, lolling over Counter asked me to return in 15 minutes , ( I gave them more time) just to pop a battery in a watch.
  When I returned he was lolling over the Counter again talking to his Colleague,I told him I had come for my watch,he walked to other side of the shop and proceeded to put the battery in,he had not even started it, with the excuse he had to do another job first. I find it difficult to understand why on my first visit he was lolling over the counter and on my return he was lolling over the counter again.
  To cap it all when I returned home and went to put my watch away it was scratched and had a small sharp piece of metal where he had used a tool to open the back of the watch and had damaged it in the process. My husband had a similar experience just over a week ago with an iPhone battery which they said would be ready in an hour on our return it was not started so my husband said he would return in the afternoon. Guess what,they said they could not do it so he paid for the battery and went to a little kiosk in the shopping centre entrance, the man there found another minor fault with the phone which he sorted in a few seconds was very helpful AND polite .
  Neither of us will return to Timpsins We have better things to do with our time.
