- Zoe Ward Review added: 2017.12.27★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unacceptably poor customer service. Booked my car in for an AM service, only to be told that it wouldn't be ready until after 3pm. I was then subsequently made to feel that I was a total inconvenience when I asked if anything could be done to honor the original booking as I had plans in the afternoon. The lady practically snatched the keys out of my hands and then ordered me to sit in another area to wait for my lift. Suggest that the team work on smiling, being friendly and helpful and that if they don't want to work in customer services they go and find a different job.
