- Drill Ting UK/WG Review added: 2018.02.21★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was staying around the Peterborough area with my grandparents when we went to nandos, and i will never go back to this one again. We had to wait about ten minutes before we got a table and when we did the seat had ketchup all over it, so we cleaned it up. Then we ordered after queuing up for 15 minutes. I ordered a beanie pitta and, after waiting more than an hour, they instead bought me a chicken pitta. This is a bit of a problem as I am a vegetarian. I also ordered the bottemless soft drinks but they didn't tell us that 2 of the 3 machines were out of order and the other one only served vanilla sprite. I felt ripped off. Terrible Experience and it is a shame because every other nandos i've been to has been brilliant.
- Laura Brady Review added: 2018.02.18★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Food good, although service is all over the place, it was Saturday afternoon but tables were not cleared, they has large groups of youths roaming around the restaurant, who never had tables, never told us we needed to order at the bar, lack of sauces, cutlery and napkins ment I had to start looking through the cupboards for more and a meal that was ordered at the same time for 7 left 3 waiting over 15 mins when we received ours.
Also didn't want to give us a table or booking till they knew we had a party of 7.
Think the staffing needs looking at, security is an issue and kitchen needs to have a word with chefs as food ordered together should come out together.
