- Consumer Watch Review added: 2018.07.30★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Received a glossy leaflet through the door advertising Best Double Glazing and thought I would give them a go as me and the wife were new to the area. Foolish mistake and one which I hope to never to make again. Ian Best basically ripped us off by charging way in excess of the market rate (10 times) to supply and fit two double glazed windows and a patio door. Workmanship very poor for someone who apparently has 35 years experience in the field. We foolishly paid Ian, but at the time did not realise how poor the work was due it being a warm spring day, issues only became obvious once it started to become windy and raining. We did ask for our money back in full and was told very rudely that it would 'not be happening', seconds after the phone went dead. Please, please, please, please, please read all the negative reviews about this company and never ever use them.
